Snowshoe trips
Snowshoeing is a very pleasant and entertaining recreation. With the help of snowshoes there's virtually no place out of reach. The amount of snow is not an issue - even if it's a meter or more. The steps of the first snowshoer sink slightly making it easy for the rest of the group as they follow the track. You should definitely try the pathfinder position in a deep snow.
Our snowshoe safaris are held near Levi at mountain Kätkätunturi. From the top of it opens a great view to Levi area. Another mountain we can opt to conquer is Särkitunturi. It's a place where the adventurer can see the Pallas-mountain - the highest place of the region.
